SHIPPING POLICIES: If a product is stocked in our warehouse, it typically ships within 24 hours. This means that we will ship the item within 24 hours, not that you will receive it in 24 hours. More information on how long ground shipping takes is posted below. Please note that headlight and tail light assemblies are drop shipped from the manufacturer and take an extra 1-2 days to ship. This is also noted on the item pages for those items (they will say "usually ships in 1-2 days" on the item page). Most Neon and LED products are stocked in our own warehouse and ship right away. While rare, occasionally products become sold out and placed on backorder. In such a rare case, if it is going to take more than 4 business days to send out your order, we will contact you and let you know, giving you an ETA and the option to cancel the order if it is going to be too long.

How much is shipping? Good news! Ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 and being shipped to a domestic address. Orders under $100.00 shipping to a domestic address will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.99. We can only currently ship to the USA due to the large number of fraudulent transactions that come with accepting International orders.

How long will it take to get my order? The answer to that question will depend on how far you are from our warehouse in San Diego, California. Transit time typically ranges from 5-7 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that shipping companies do not count Saturday and Sunday when calculating the number of days in transit.

SALES TAX: If you are ordering outside of the state of California, you won't pay any sales tax! If you are shipping to an address in California, you will be charged sales tax on your purchase of 7.75%.

DAMAGES: Theres nothing to worry about when you shop with us. All products purchased on this website are insured when shipped. If you receive a damaged package, all you have to do is call us and we will handle the rest. A replacement typically leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. We do ask that you save the packaging in case the shipping company wants to inspect it. DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY! If you take longer than 72 hours to contact us with a damage claim, the shipping company won't let us file an insurance claim, so please call us right away if you receive something damaged.

RETURNS: We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and will have no need to return it. If something isn't quite right though, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, assuming that the item is unopened and in the original packaging, for a refund of the sales price less an 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee helps us to recover costs associated with returns, such as putting the item in a new box, the free shipping that you may have received, etc. All returns will be denied if a return authorization number is not obtained BEFORE shipping the product back to us, or if the item has been used.
The restocking fee applies to all returns, including, but not limited to returns for reasons including: "Customer ordered wrong part", "Customer wrecked or sold vehicle", "Customer changed mind", "Customer no longer wants item", etc. There are no exceptions to our 30 day return window. If you have any concerns about product application or are not sure about something, we strongly suggest contacting us BEFORE placing your order to avoid any problems or frustration on your part.

Orders ship the same day paced if placed by 1:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the following day, excluding weekends. Orders placed on the weekend ship the following Monday. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships. OverNight and 2-Day shipping options are only available to destinations within the USA. OverNight and 2-Day shipments ship via UPS and are delivered in 1 or 2 Business days (not weekends). If you need Saturday delivery, you must request it either in our order form "comments" box or by calling us. Saturday delivery usually costs about twice as much as normal business day delivery. We will quote Saturday delivery upon request.

Please note that the OverNight and 2-Day shipping charges on the shopping cart are for most led and led bulbs orders, larger packages may cost more. We will adjust to actual shipping charge before processing your order. If you would like to know the actual air freight shipping cost before we process your order, please request it in our order form "comments" box.
MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have minimum for orders placed online. We do have a minimum shipping/handling fee of $5, this helps to cover the expenses involved with processing orders.
There is a $25 merchandise minimum for orders shipped out of the USA.
There is a $100 merchandise minimum for orders paid by Bank Transfer ($20 bank fee applies).
These minimums do not include shipping costs.
STOCK

Out of stock items are removed from the online store and cannot be ordered until we we have stock again, we do not accept orders for out of stock items. Please see our "out of stock" page to seen when items are expected back in.
SHIPPING OUT OF THE UNITED STATES

We have a US$25.00 minimum (merchandise, not including shipping charges) for orders shipping out of the United States.

We will ship by USPS to almost anywhere in the world. Overseas customers please select the USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Express Mail International option. Additional shipping charges may apply. USPS First Class Mail International shipping may take 5~10 days to arrive and cannot be tracked. USPS Express Mail International delivery time is 3~4 days and can be tracked. We highly recommend USPS Express Mail International for order shipped out of the States. We are not responsible for lost orders if you select the USPS First Class Mail International shipping option. THE TWO-DAY OPTION IS FOR USA ONLY. If you prefer DHL or FedEx, indicate this in the "comments" box on the order form and we will confirm the price by email. There is also a Freight Collect options on our order form to ship on your courier account.

CANADA -Select USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Express Mail International, see descriptions above. We will adjust to actual cost if different from our standard amounts for these shipping methods. OverNight and 2-Day shipping are not available to CANADA. Please note that if you select UPS, Canadian Customs will charge additional duty tax.

PAYPAL

Select PayPal on the order form. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified. You will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.
PAYMENT BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER

There is $100 merchandise minimum for T/T payment. Fill out our online order form, use all 0's for the credit card number so the order will go through. Our online shopping cart will generate a Proforma Invoice (P/I) that we will then email to you along with the shipping charges and our bank information.
RETURN POLICY

Return/Exchange Form We have a 30 day return policy. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange items. Please order small sample quantities of LEDs and LED Products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities. Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. We will Reimburse UPS or USPS ground shipping at our discretion (wrong merchandise received, etc.). Please allow 7 business days to see refund on credit card statement. COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 100 or more pieces, orders with missing materials, or merchandise not in original packaging and condition. Component or discrete LEDs cannot be returned if the package has been opened, LED bulbs and other products can be.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Exchange Form We will exchange LED bulbs only if the value of the bulbs you are returning exactly matches the value of the bulbs you want to exchange them for. If this is the case, send the bulbs back with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the action you want us to take, no notification is required, must be 30 days or less since purchase. If the values do not match, please send the bulbs back for a refund and place a new order online.

Note that we receive a lot of emails and sometimes difficult to keep up with them. Keep your emails as brief as possible, long emails may not be answered. LEDs are electronic components and do require some technical knowledge to use them properly. Also we do not advise on bulb types for your car, please be sure of the bulbs you need before you order them. Please see our cross reference page for help searching for bulbs in your vehicle. Note that we do not do custom work or offer customized versions of any of our standard products - for custom LED products, Circuit Boards and Design Services - we recommend contacting Lunar Accents design.
WARRANTY

Unless otherwise noted, all led tube light products are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods.
Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for, such as using our LED Car Bulbs in applications other than the replacement of standard car bulbs in standard vehicles.
A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements.
Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange.
You are responsible for return shipping.

WHOLESALE PRICING

We only offer discounts based on quantity. Our online shopping cart will automatically apply discounts for LEDs and most LED bulbs.
